Riva AquaramaCoffee Table Book (Special Edition)

When it comes to glamour on the water, few boats rival the iconic Riva Aquarama. Designed by Carlo Riva, this wooden speedboat embodies Italian elegance and the spirit of la dolce vita. With its sleek mahogany hull, chrome accents, and signature blue-and-cream upholstery, the Aquarama became a symbol of 1960s Riviera style. Celebrated by stars like Brigitte Bardot and Elizabeth Taylor, and owned by royals and tastemakers alike, the Aquarama holds legendary status—of the 760 built, about 650 still exist. More than a collector’s item, it remains a beloved dream for enthusiasts worldwide. RIVA AQUARAMA, published by Assouline to mark the boat’s 60th anniversary, tells its story with rich visuals and insight from author Michael Verdon. A special edition comes in a handcrafted mahogany box, echoing the boat’s iconic design. Each purchase from Assouline’s Ultimate Collection includes complimentary white gloves and a signature canvas tote. - Author: Michael Verdon - Hardcover edition with 208 pages - Language: English - Edition: 2022 - Publisher: Assouline Made in Italy
