\nWe

are so pleased that you like the design of the Narrow Metal Shelving Unit Dora!

😊 \n

At the same time, we understand your advice that the shelf is smaller than expected. We take this feedback very seriously and will check whether we can make the sizing details even more clearly in the product description so that future customers get an even better idea of the dimensions.

Your honest feedback is very valuable to us and helps both us and other customers with product selection.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!

Vielen Dank für Ihr ehrliches Feedback, liebe Anita. 😔

Thank you so much for your honest feedback, dear Anita.

😔

We \n are very sorry to hear that the Dora toilet roll holder with shelf looks good, but is too unstable due to its low weight and threatens to tip over when the paper is rolled. This is of course a big problem in practical use and makes the holder unusable.

We completely understand your disappointment — a toilet paper holder should stand sturdy and not be wobbly or require extra weights. Your detailed feedback helps us a lot to rework the construction and weight of the product so that it is both beautiful and functional.

Please contact our customer service — we can help you with a return or exchange and use your experience to improve the product.
