The series’ dinner plate, measuring a diameter of 27 cm, comes in the light-brown shade clay, which, like the other muted earth tones in Rhombe Earth, brings out the iconic Rhombe relief pattern in a new and distinctive way, encouraging us to go deeper – to focus on the food, on our senses, and on the conversation around the table. All four beautiful Rhombe Earth colours – clay, marble, moss, and slate – have, just like in Lyngby Porcelæn’s popular Rhombe Color series, been carefully selected by the design duo Stilleben, consisting of Ditte Reckweg and Jelena Schou Nordentoft. Use all the different Rhombe Earth pieces together in your table setting and let the various plate sizes peek out from under each other, allowing the warm tones to interact.
